Guidelines for Web Site Usage and Email Communications

1. Chamber Member information may not be used for unsolicited email (SPAM) or fax purposes. The Chamber uses the definition of SPAM set forth in the Federal Trade Commission's CAN-SPAM Act. Any misuse of Chamber membership information will result in termination of membership and/or possible legal action.

2. You may not, under any circumstances, send correspondence, including email, that appears to be from the Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce, or imply that an event or document is endorsed by the Chamber without express written permission from Chamber management.

3. Advertising space is limited to members only and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Members can purchase advertising space on any of the pages listed on our advertising page or in the e-newsletter.

4. Only members in good standing can:
   • access the member's only areas of this web site.
   • can be listed in the online directory.
   • can post announcements, events or jobs on our community bulletin boards.
   • link their web site to the Mercer Regional Chamber web site
   • display, on web or in print, a 'Member of the Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce' logo.

5. The Chamber will not be held responsible for any claims or errors in member postings.
