Mission Statement:
To bring together Chief Executive Officers from area non profits in order to share best practices, network with colleagues, gain access to needed resources and promote our non profit community’s services among each other and to the business community at large.

The NPEC is a committee of the Chamber. Its decision making and planning are effectuated through a Leadership Team which is co-chaired by two NPEC members. The workgroup will meet on an as needed basis in order to set the agenda for the NPEC.

The NPEC conducts a quarterly CEO/ED roundtable in order to invite area non profit CEO/ED’s together to share experiences, practices and gain knowledge about each other.

The NPEC partners with other non profit resource providers and grantors to conduct educational programs on issues that will enhance the performance and business goals of participants.

The NPEC looks forward to establishing a mentoring program to provide succession planning opportunities for up and coming non profit leaders in the region.

The NPEC bridges relationships between member non profits and the business community for the purpose of exchanging mutual business opportunities.

The NPEC promotes general chamber programs resources etc. to its membership so that Council members have access to Chamber information.

Sponsorship: The NPEC seeks corporate sponsors to help offset the costs for the NPEC’s programs. In exchange corporate sponsors receive recognition by having their name placed on the NPEC Banner which hangs at all NPEC and Chamber events. Sponsors participate in CEO roundtables and other events to share their expertise on given topics. Sponsors are co branded with the NPEC to ensure that their support is well recognized.
