QWIC, Inc., a Chamber member, obtains and administers customized training grants through the NJ Department of Labor. We are looking into a training grant opportunity for the Chamber which would afford Chamber members the opportunity to upgrade skills, improve productivity and motivate employees. A program like this will assist your company in maintaining a competitive edge on your competition at no cost to you!! There is an endless number of training courses available to you. Many successful courses administered through a grant such as this have been: leadership training, team building, project management, marketing, cost estimating, MS Office computer training, computer-aided drafting and design (CADD), technical proposal/report writing.
