Strategic Planning Committee

The Strategic Planning Committee assists in helping the Chamber determine a 3-5 year business plan and how the Chamber will execute that plan. The Committee consists of both Board members and regular members of the Chamber. The Committee is tasked with annually revisiting the Chamber's Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives to ensure that the Plan is timely, relevant and being properly executed. The Committee has no formal power to adopt or change the Chamber's strategic plan but rather makes recommendations to the Executive Committee and full Board of Directors.

Mission
To ensure that the Chamber's strategic plan, vision and mission are timely, relevant and reflective of the Chamber's brand.
