Nominations Committee

The Nominations Committee consists of the Immediate Past Chair and at least five Chamber members who may be, but need not be, members of the Board of Directors. The five members are appointed by the Chairman with approval of the Baord of Directors.

The actions of the Nominations Committee are governed by the Chamber's Bylaws.

"The Committee shall, not later than July 1, nominate a number of candidates for directors equal to the number of directors to be elected. In those years in which terms of officers will expire, the Committee shall simultaneously nominate officers. The consent of the nominees shall be secured by the Committee. The Committee shall act as election judges to supervise the election and certify the results."
