Finance/Facilities Committee
Mission
The mission of the Finance Committee is to provide financial oversight. Under the leadership of the Treasurer, the committee: - Prepares the annual budget for submission to the Executive Committee, - Reviews the monthly financial statements and measures progress against the annual budget, - Measures liquidity of the Chamber through cash flow analysis, - Oversees the annual audit process, - Reviews the cost/benefit of events and special projects, - Ensures compliance with regulatory and tax reporting requirements, - Reviews and recommends investment strategies.
