Executive Committee

The Executive Committee consists of the Chamber Officers (Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer), the Immediate Past Chairman and four other Directors appointed by the Chairman with the approval of the Board of Directors.

The Chamber Bylaws govern the activities of the Executive Committee.

"The Executive Committee shall have, and may exercise in the interim between meetings of the Board, all the powers of the Board of Directors involving the formation of general policy and the establishment of courses of action, providing that the Executive Committee shall not have the powers to amend these Bylaws."

Next Meeting:
The Executive Committee meets monthly on the first Thursday of the month at noon at the Chamber Office; although the next meeting will be held on October 5, 2006 at 8 a.m.
